Far East Holding Group Wins Two Champions in the Yixing Vocational Skill Competition
On August 4, the award ceremony of 2017 Yixing Vocational Skill Competition was held in Yixing Grand Hotel. Yu Wenhui, an investor and Senior Staff Electrical Engineer of Equipment Power Department of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Smarter Energy", stock code: 600869), and Zhou Chenyun, Junior Test Engineer of Measuring and Calibrating Center of Smarter Energy won the awards of “Yixing Technical Master” in the competition. The prize winner delegation led by Jiang Huajuan, an investor and Director of Measuring and Calibrating Center of Smarter Energy attended the award ceremony.
Shen Jian, Secretary of Yixing Municipal Committee, Liu Yamin, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Yixing Municipal People's Congress, Gu Xuenian, Deputy Director of Yixing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wu Qingfeng, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal People’s Government and other leaders attended the ceremony.

Secretary Shen expressed his warm congratulation to prize winners. He pointed out that centering on the dominant strategy of “powerful industrial city”, the whole city set up the goal of building a moderately prosperous society of a higher level in all respects and strong, affluent, beautiful and high-tech Yixing which is indispensable to gain support from high-caliber excellent talents and exercise the innovation and entrepreneurship of the whole society. He hoped that the prize winners can cherish their honor and make unremitting endeavor to contribute and recreate achievements to their posts and industries. He also required that enterprises and vocational schools should insist on industrial amalgamation and cooperation between enterprises and schools to lead more employees and students to study diligently and train hard and become talents of the industry; government departments at all levels should center on the requirements of industry development to make further cooperation, perfect policies, increase investment, innovate the training mode of vocational skills and promote the social status of skilled personnel, creating Yixing into the base of high professionals in Wuxi City or even Jiangsu Province and advancing the transformation and upgrading of the industry.

2017 Yixing Vocational Skill Competition sets up 10 competition events covering testing of electric wires and cables, maintenance electrician, nursery teacher and certified e-business specialist. As one of the participants, 6 competitors of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Far East Holding Group”) stood out from thousands of participants.
Yu Wenhui
Yu Wenhui won the first place of the maintenance electrician group. Over the past 20 years, marching forward regardless of hardship, Yu Wenhui overcame difficulties without forgetting his original ambition to revitalize the old equipment. On this ordinary post, he carries with firm determination to make consistent progress and advancement in every try.
Zhou Chenyun
Zhou Chenyun won the first place of the group of electric wires and cables testing. During her over 10 years of career, she firmly adhered to precise working principles and was always particular about her profession to create delicate work. After work, she always learns without satiety to apply theories learnt in books to real practice. All of those strivings originate from her inner enthusiasm.

Except for the two prize winners, a number of employees of Far East Holding Group also obtained excellent results in the competition. Shen Junhua, Zhang Hui and Shi Zhongqiu respectively won the second, the fifth and the sixth place of the group of electric wires and cables testing. Zhong Kefei of Equipment Power Department won the third place of the maintenance electrician group.
