Far East International Talent Training and High-level Exchanges program closing ceremony was held successfully

On July 8, Far East Holding Group and Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation (abbreviation: ZTE Corporation) International Talent Training and High-level Exchanges program closing ceremony was hold grandly at Harmony School of Far East University.

Vice President of ZTE Corporation as well as president of ZTE College Wang Dianping, vice president of ZTE College Zhong Na. HR minister of ZTE global marketing system Li Xiaoming, marketing director of ZTE College Zhang Ying, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Far East Holding Group as well as President of Far East University Jiang Xipei, Board and Chief Executive Officer of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869) Jiang Huajun, Deputy General Manager as well as Chief Production Officer of Cable Industry Zhu Changbiao, Chief Administrative Officer as well as Assistant to the President of the Group Zhou Dongjiao, and other members attended the ceremony. The project implemented since May 7 2015, had successfully held 14 stages international talent training courses and 5 stages high-level exchanges, and had trained a large number of high-quality talent teams with international vision, international thinking, and international ability for Far East and had laid a solid foundation for the ground of the strategy of internationalization!

ZTE College specially made project review video for this ceremony. Training program lasted 15 months, a total of 208 class hour, involving 31 course which covered international human resources, finance, investment, legal, logistics, and other areas of the eight core, accumulated more than 4000 persons participated the training. Though this project, Far East broadened the international vision, Promote the ability of internationalization, Far East and ZTE established close communication mechanism.

 

Jiang Huajun made a speech

Jiang Huajun expressed that the International Talent Training and High-level Exchanges program got great importance and vigorously support from ZTE leaders. ZTE College sent the senior leadership, management backbone and experts to preach, teach and solve problems for Far East. Far East benefited a lot from it. He pointed out that group’s major works located in Smarter Energy, it was devoted to be Smarter Energy experts is Smarter Energy and smarter city system service provider. Through a series of merger and transformation measures, Far East Smarter Energy formed energy end-to-end completed industry chain service profit pattern, energy Internet platform has been basically formed. The group will continue to adhere to the endogenous + extension development strategies and gradually forms a completed Internet energy closed-loop, optimizing the business structure.

He introduced Far East Smarter Energy industry chain layout, and development situations in Lose - lateral placement of electricity, new energy, energy storage, micro grid, smarter cities and other areas. Outstanding student’s representatives were sharing

Li Yunxing from group IT system service department, Meng Xiangbo from Human Resources Department, Sun Jianling from International business department, students representatives of relaying 100 programs Wang Tianhe shared their experience. They are from different departments and different ages, representing old, middle-aged and young three generations of Far East. Based on actual work, they shared the harvest got from the courses and learning comprehension, combining with international talent training course knowledge.

 

Wang Dianping shared the thinking to internationalization

Wang Dianping offered his congratulations to the students who successfully completed their study. He pointed out that in strategic emerging industries, Far East Smarter Energy caught the four key points: new energy, new materials, informatization and extra-high voltage. These points will effectively support development of Far East Smarter Energy in a period of time of the future. He stressed that the international training course was just a beginning, in actual combat of internationalization, ZTE’s experience was not master key. He hoped students fully understand the company's international strategy, making persistent efforts in practice and making a contribution to the company's internationalization.

He shared his thinking to internationalization: firstly, the international strategy must regard beginning as end, refuse to opportunism and fluke mind and ensure the strategic objective impartially put its implementation in place. Secondly, put people ahead of work. Every manager was supposed to take human capital management as a great issue which can’t relax; Thirdly, “Near view its worship while far view it’s loyalty”, international talents should maintain a high level of responsibility and sense of mission and make great efforts carry forward the enterprise culture, national character, etc. He said: “now that ZTE and Far East had attached to each other, we were friends. Hoping the two sides strengthen the communication under the grand strategy ‘the Belt and Road Initiative’ in the process of internationalization. “Holding together for warmth” to making joint development and “borrow the boat out to sea” for “win-win situation”!

Jiang Xipei made concluding remarks, he pointed out that under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board Hou Weigui, ZTE created a successful internationalization development road. ZTE's experience was the value wealth of the Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs which was worthy to learn. Far East’s pace of internationalization should combine with ZTE's experience, and avoid risk, step by step, walk towards the company’s strategic target in 2016-2020. 135 billion (note: Far East Holding Group’s strategic target in 2020, annual revenues exceed 135 billion yuan), 200 billion (note: ZTE’s medium-term plan, annual revenues exceed 200 billion yuan). These strategic targets test a group of people who have dreams, ideal, ability and wisdom in ZTE whether they can Keep in mind, all the way forward.

He emphasized that this was a society of the elite, a world of the elite, and the future of the elite. Most people only followed the elite thought and pace to avoid falling behind. So did Far East.
