Nine New Products of Far East Smarter Energy Pass the Test
On July 2nd, Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission organized experts to hold “Far East Cable New Products Evaluation Meeting in 2016”. At the meeting, “MU type two low smoke zero halogen normal wall cable (EN 50264-3-1 1.8/3kV)”, “mineral insulated flexible prefabricated branching fireproof cable with rated voltage 0.6/1kV (YFD-WTGE, YFD-WTGHE 0.6/1kV)”, “cross-linked polyethylene insulated remote power supply cable with rated voltage 1.2/2kV used in highway intelligent pipes (RPSC-YJYB23-1.2/2 kV)” and other six new products which were submitted by Far East Cable Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869), passed the test. Among the new products, “All High Strength Aluminum Alloy Wire (AAAC Aster 851)” fills in the domestic blank and reaches the international leading position. Others reach the domestic leading position and can replace the products imported. The successful development of nine new products will further increase high tech in cable products of the domestic cable industry, while bringing Far East new economic growth point.
“MU type two low smoke zero halogen normal wall cable” and “cross-linked polyethylene insulated remote power supply cable with rated voltage 1.2/2kV used in highway intelligent pipes” are mainly used in the construction of the project of high-speed railway trains and highway. The successful development and application of this series of products is conducive to the realization of the construction and development of national intelligent transportation and intelligent city.
The scene of Far East Cable New Products Evaluation Meeting in 2016
The leaders of Economic and Information Technology Commission of Jiangsu and Yixing, experts of scientific research institutions, Yixing Technology Bureau and related leaders were invited to the meeting. Wu Changshun, Professor level senior engineer of Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute, held the post of chairman of the evaluation meeting. Director and CEO of Far East Smarter Energy Jiang Huajun, Investor and Senior Vice-general Manager and CTO and CQO of cable industry Wang Chuanbin, Senior Consultant Wang Kangxin and other leaders of the company, related research and development engineers of scientific research institutions and responsible persons of relevant departments participated in the evaluation meeting.
The evaluation committee, composed of eleven industrial experts from Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, TICW, Jiangsu Electric Power Company and so on, listened carefully to the summary of trial production made by research and development personnel of scientific research institution of the company, examined the related technical documents and checked scene of production. Experts all agreed that the nine new products had excellent structure design and performance, mature production engineering, advanced production equipment and complete detecting means. So the products passed the test and now are allowed to go into mass production.
Experts attending the meeting said that the nine new products sent to the evaluation meeting by Far East Cable were innovative and environmentally friendly and the research and development results could satisfy the users’ requirement and potential demands. Far East Cable New Products Evaluation Meeting in 2016 was crowned with complete success. Wang Chuanbin expressed his sincere thanks to the leaders and experts attending the meeting.
